WVS has manufacturing and test capabilities not only at production site - but also in Meerbusch - Germany. A lot of customer specific tests with proprietary testing procedures including burn in for large OEM applications are provided from this location.

WVS takes active buffer stock for large OEM applications allowing Just-In-Time deliveries also for the Semiconductor and Automotive Industries. This means significant advantage to the OEM in terms of manpower and cost reduction. WVS can provide Advanced Warranty Replacements with 12 or 24 hour deliveries when implemented together with the OEM - again reducing the financial investment for the OEM significantly.

Special agreements are taken for extended warranty applications - resulting from the fact that active handling with life time maintaining processes for vacuum products are performed in several WVS locations

Finally WVS is involved heavily in design and production of Power Supplies for RF Generators - these are designed and produced in the sister company PowerSources.
