The ESH-1 is a broadband detector for RF-radiation and signals typically emitted by Radio and TV Stations, cellular transmitters, mobile phones and wireless applications of any kind and leakage radiation of microwave ovens This unit represents the second generation following the passive detectors with much more sensitivity. Two sense ranges are selectable giviing the readout of the measured value in mV/m or V/m on the clear LCD display. Additionally the internal Speaker allows acoustic monitoring of pulsed or modulated rf signals which can also available at the earphone connector. The 7 segment antenna allows adaption to individual frequency ranges allowing an estimation about the frequency order of the detected signal.
